So finally here are some photos to give you a more vivid impression of my environment over here.


From left to right: Miguel from Portugal (my room mate), me, Majd from Lebanon and Nima from Iran. The Romanian and the Californian guy who also life in the flat are not here. In appreciation of the Indian style we all started growing mustaches. Obviously I'm slightly disadvantaged.


Our flat is in the building on the left. It's just another monsoone day. Note that were the girls is walking, is the Manipal main road!




All the following pictures are from our weekend trip to Mysore. Compared to Manipal it's not just a university in the middle of the Jungle, but a "proper" city ;)
As everywhere in India the roads are shared by all kind of vehicles.






A popular sight is an old Palace, that is illuminated at night.



Some important temple on a hill, asides as special object for a special friend. And me and two friends on our way to that temple.
